After purchasing a subscription, you’ll receive an email titled “Your HoVi subscription confirmation.” Inside, you’ll find a link to create your account.
Alternatively, you can visit our Account page and select “Having trouble logging into your subscription?” to complete setup.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel anytime up until the day your next order processes. We’ll send you a reminder email 5 days before billing.
If your order has already processed and you cancel on the same day, your order will still ship and be charged.
